Shipping Policy

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider handling your order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We at Husna Aijaz aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours for deliveries within Karachi, and within 72 hours for deliveries across Pakistan, once the order has been confirmed.

Order Confirmation

You are requested to be available on the contact number provided at checkout so our team can reach you. Orders will not be dispatched until a confirmation call from the customer has been received.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 7 to 9 working days.

During sales or high demand periods, delivery times may exceed this estimate due to high order volume. If this is the case, you will be informed during your confirmation call.

Shipping Responsibility

For any shipping issues that arise after your order has been dispatched, Husna Aijaz takes full responsibility and will ensure your order is fulfilled.

However, if a customer ships an item back to us, any issues that occur during that return shipment will not fall on Husna Aijaz. The responsibility in that case lies with the shipping or courier company.
