Return & Exchange Eligibility
- We gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Returns are accepted only with visual confirmation that the product has no damage, including not being washed.
- Refunds and returns are only applicable if there is an issue with the order, such as a defect, damage, or an incorrect item. Change of mind is not accepted as a valid reason for a return or refund.
Return Process
- Please return the goods along with a copy of the invoice, and mention the reason for returning the item.
- The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense, to our address: 1st Floor, Building 225, Main PIB Colony, Karachi, Pakistan (75300)
- Alternatively, you can visit any of our stores in Karachi and drop off your parcel in person. Your request will be processed within the same time frame mentioned above.
Shipping & Exchange Costs
- In case of any issue with an order from Husna Aijaz, the company will bear the cost of the return shipment.
- If the return is due to an issue with the order, the company will reimburse the customer for the shipping expense.
- The charges for exchanging a size or product will be borne by the customer.
Refund Timeline
Refund requests will be processed within 5 to 7 days after we receive the returned product.
