We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
Return will be acceptable with visual conformation of no damage to the product from the customer including washing it.
Incase of any issues with order from Husna Aijaz. The company will bear the return shipment cost.
Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
The charges for the exchange of size or product will be bored by customers.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e., courier or registered post at his own expense to our address. In case of any kind of issues with the order the company will re imburse the customer for the shipping expense
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 days after receiving the return products.
