Refund policy

Return Policy:

1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition, undamaged and unwashed.

2. Proof of Purchase: Please include the any proof of payment linking your purchase from you to Husna Aijaz with your return.

3. Process: To initiate a return, contact us through whatsapp. We will provide instructions and a return address as soon as we can. 

4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, incorrect or customer require a size change.

5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Exchanges: If you need a different size or item, please contact our customer sales through whatsApp. We will inform you on further processing.
